By application dated June 20,'1990, the Department of Energy requested a i
renewal, for a period of one year, for Certificate of Compliance No. 9853 in order to prepare and review a consolidated application.
No changes to the package design were requested, and no changes have been made to the package since the last renewal on September 15, 1989.
The Certificate of Compliance has been renewed for a one year term which expires October 31, 1991.
