in accordance with a request anon by Mr. Ian Sordon of your staff, we hereby submit the following elaboration concerning the minimum qualifications required frer Pacific Nuoloar Systems Divisions and branch office Quality Assuranoe Managers. It is our intent that the following be used to amend the referenced Quality Assurance Progras description letter.
Pacific Nucitar Systems Quality. Assurance Managers shall possoas adequate quality assuranos er.pertise to manage the quality assurance estivities as re?cired by the peoitte Nuclear systems, Inc. Quality Assurance Program at their respootive branch or division locetion(s).
As a minimum, Quality Assurance Managers shall possess eithers A Bachelors Degree in a speelalty which is applicable to the o
performance of quality assurance activities and three -(3) years of direct quality assurance experiense, orp o
Ten (10) years of superiet.oe in progresalvely responsible quality assurance positions.
