NRC POINT OF CONTACT FOR INTERACTION WITH THE NUMARC LICENSE RENEWAL IMPLEMENTATION WORKING GROUP (LRIWG)
I am responding to your letter to James M. Taylor of December 16, 1993, advising us of the formation of your new License Renewal Implementation Working Group (LRIWG), and your designation of Raymond Ng as the NUMARC manager responsible for coordinating interaction with the NRC concerning license renewal.
In reply to your request for an NRC point of contact for license renewal discussions, I have named Scott Newberry, Project Director.
for the License Renewal and Environmental Review Project Directorate in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, u the NRC manager through which all interaction concerning license renewal issues should be coordinated.
