The Commission (with all Commissioners agreeing) has agreed with l
the staff recommendation that General Electric (GE) be required to prepare the advanced boiling water reactor (ABWR) design control document in the International System of Units (SI) and
-provide a conversion table'from SI to English units in lieu of providing dual units.
The response to GE should cleetly address staff's expectations concerning GE responsibility (et lack thereof) for NRC conversions of unit.

that the staff-will prepare the ABWR final safety evaluation

report in dual units.
