Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this -modification is to:
(1) provide incremental funding in the amount of $40,000.00 which increases the obligated from $80,000.00 to
$120,000.00, and (2) revise the base applied to the fringe, overhead, and G&A rates in the basic contract. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
1.
Under Section B.2, Consideration and Obligation, is Jeleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"c.
The amount presently obligated by the Govr.rnment with respect to this contract is $120,000.00 of whicn the amount of $111,111.11 represents the reimbursable costs :r.d the amount of $8,888.89 represents the fixed fee."
2.
Under Section G.1, Indirect Cost Rates (JUNE 1988), second paragraph of subsection a.,
is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Indirect Rate Base Fringe 22.93%
Total direct labor cost Overhead 19.55%
Total direct labor cost plus fringe benefits G&A 6.86%'
Total costs excluding G&A expense" All other terms and conditions of the subject contract, including the contract ceiling amount of $408,956.00, remain unchanged.
