It has come to my attention that the map entitled "TLD Locations Outside the Reactor Building" may not have been included in the letter dated October 4,1993 regarding a request for authorization to operate at the 0.5 rem limit pursuant to 10 CFR 20.1301 (c) for the University of Illinois Nuclear Reactor Laboratory.
