Dear Dr. Olden:
Each year the Nuclear Regulatory Commission celebrates Black History Month with an agency-wide program that includes a guest speaker.
The Commission is honored that you have accepted our invitation to be the guest speaker for our 1994 Black History Month celebration.
As you know, the program is scheduled for February 3, 1994, in the NRC Headquarters Building located at 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland.
Arrangements have been made for your transportation to this event.
The principal parts of the program will consist of comments on the occasion by management, an award presentation for EEO accomplishments, music by the NRC Blacks in Government Choir and your presentation.
A reception will follow the conclusion of the formal program.
We hope that time will permit you to join us at the reception.
The staff of NRC's Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization and Civil Rights will be providing you further particulars about the program.
I look forward to seeing you on February 3.
Sincerely, Ivan Selin 2'70001 t
