SUBJECT:
ROUTINE INSPECTION NO. 99990001/93-015 On October 20 and 21,1993, Mark C. Roberts and Duncan White of this office conducted a routine safety inspection of decommissioning activities at the above address. The inspection was limited to a review of progress on the decommissioning of Building 450 and the status of radiological surveys and measurements in progress on the remainder of the site. The findings of the inspection were discussed with David Alberghini, William Everett and you at the conclusion of the inspection. A copy of the NRC inspection report.is enclosed.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed report will be placed in the Public Document Room. No reply to this letter is required.
