SECY-93-310 - RESPONSE TO THE HEALTH PHYSICS SOCIETY EDITORIAL The Commission (with all Commissioners agreeing) has disapproved the proposed response to the Health Physics Society editorial.
The Commission believes that the points to be made were adequately conveyed in the response from Mr. Steinmeyer which was printed in the Newsletter.
The staff should continue to consider modifications to the enforcement process to make it more efficient and to ensure that appropriate consideration is given licensee efforts to self-identify and correct violations, t
