Dear Sirs:
I want to express my support for the proposal to build an enrichment plant in Homer, known as the Claiborne Enrichment Center. and operated by the j
Louisiana Energy Services.
I have read much of the information that has been published in the community, and consider the proposal one that is reasonable and is worthy of supporting I have lived in Homer for many years and really like this town.
I would not support anything that would bring any risks to this area, but it seems clear to me this plant has everything under close supervision.
l am confident that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission is competent to oversee the building and operation of the plant, and that all rules will be enforced.
I am of the opinion the large majority of the people of Claiborne Parish support this project. I believe that you should approve this project just as soon as you are satisfied that all laws and environmental safety rules are obeyed.
