I want to express my support for the proposal to build an enrichment plant in Homer, known as the Claiborne Enrichment Center. and operated by the Loulalana Energy Services.

j i am confident that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission is competent to oversee the building and operation of the plant, and that all rules will be enforced. All the information I have read indicates a level of risks that is not in excess of the risks involved in the oil fielda and saw mills, and other jobs that are available in this community..

I am of the opinion the large majority of the people of Claiborne Parish l

support this project. I believe that you should approve this project just as l

soon as you are satisfied that alllaws and environmental safety rules are obeyed.
