Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Inservice Inspection (ISI) Data Reports In accordar ce with 10CFR 50.55a(g) and TMI-1 Technical Specifications, enclosed are GPU Nuclear's Forms NIS-1, " Owner's Data Report for Inservice Inspection" and NIS-2 "0wner's Data Rcport for' Repairs or Replacements."
The NIS-1 Form covers the ISI second interval examinations conducted between November 16, 1991 and October 16, 1993 in accordance with the ASME Code,Section XI, 1986 Edition with no Addenda.
Table 1 of the NIS-1 provides an abstract of the examinations performed.
Table 2 provides an abstract of the corrective measures recommended and taken. All conditions listed on Table 2, where Code acceptance criteria wers. exceeded, were determined to be operable upon inspection and r valuation.
Repairs were performed as indicated in the table to meet Code requirements.
These reports are being submitted in compliance with Subarticle IWA-6220 of the Code.
The NIS-2 reports cover repairs or replacements where the documentation was completed between Jar.dary 11, 1992 and November 30, 1993.
Reports completed after November 30, 1993 w.ll be included with our next submittal following the Cycle 11' refueling outage.
