received by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, for the export of low enriched uranium for use'as reload fuel in Fukushima II Unit No. 4 in Japan.

Assurances from the Government of Japan are required that the material will be i

subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.

Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.
