Enclosed for your records is a copy of the Termination of High Mountain Inspection Services, Inc.
Radioactive Material License #49-26808-01.
Originally I thought that terminating the license would also terminate the Quality Assurance Program but since then I have found out that I must notify you of the termination.
This letter serves as formal notification to terminate the Quality Assurance Program since High Mountain Inspection was bought out by North American Inspection of WY.
All transfers of materials have been done (paperwork enclosed).
All fees have been paid.
