In a letter dated September 4, 1990 USE informed NRC that they will not be

pursuing work on the subject topical report and will, therefore, not be submitting responses to NRC's Request for Additional Information (RAI),

1 Accordingly, we will terminate the review of the subject topical report.

One copy of the proprietary information submitted to NRC will be retaired in the NRC docket file and the remaining copies will be appropriately disposed of.

Please be advised that if US Ecology, Inc., were to resubmit the topical report for review at some future date, it would be treated as a new application and would be subject to fees then in existence, including a filing fee.
