Attached are two copies of Certificate Endorsement No.19 on Secondary Financial Protection for Certificate N-41 provided by Nuclear Energy Liability Insurance Association and Certificate No, M-41 provided by Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters (MAELU), which represent the Secondary Financial Protection bond from American Nuclear Insurers (ANI) and MAELU regarding the secondary layer of financial protection under the Price-Anderson Act.

It is agreed that effective August 20,1993:

Subparagraph (c) on Page 1 of the certificate is amended to read as follows:
4 (c) to bodily injury, property damace or environmental damate

(1) with respect to which the primarv financial protection described in item 4 of the Declarations would apply but for (i) exhaustion of its limit of liability as described in Condition 6 of the -
Master Policy, or l

. the application of the provisions COVERAGES A and C--of the primary financial' omtection providing coverage for bodily injury, property i
damace or. environmental damace caused during the policy period by.:
j the nuclear energy hazard and which is discovered and for which written
