Procedure Upgrede Pro,'act A new Project Manager has been appointed to continue the progress made in recent months. A refinement of the project scope will be reflected in Revision 4 to the PIP IP.

Issues Management System This Action Plan will be coordinated with the Site Integrated Scheduling Action Plan under a single Project Manager, effective October 1,1990.
