MEMORANDUM OF 'JNDERSTANDING BETWEEN NRC REGION IV AND EPA REGION VI As requested in your memorandum to me cated !4 arch 1,1988, we have coordinated Headquarters review of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that you have negotiated with the Environmental Protection Agency's Region VI office in Dallas, Texas. We have no programatic objection to the MOU.
As you are are aware, we have jointly developed a Commission paper to provide the Comission an opportunity to review the M00.
We consider that the Commission paper addresses the significant issues associated with the agreement. We have no further Coment on the matter at this time. However, we might have additional coments as a result of feedback from the Comission.
