SUBJECT:

SECY-93-268 - REGULATORY J K ACT SURVEY FOR MATERIALS LICENSEES This is to advise you that the Commission has not objected to the staff plans to implement the second phase of the regulatory impact survey for medium and small materials licensees as described in the subject paper.

The questionnaire that is sent out should allow licensees the opportunity to provide written comments to the NRC on any matters that are of concern to them.

The staff should prepare a report to the Commission with conclusions and recommendations upon completion of the second phase of this survey.
