The United States Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Comission) has c

j/ " Operatir.g License Nos. DPR.58 arid DPR.74 for the Donald-C. Cook. Nuclear Plant ;
- Unit Hos..~1 and 2, located in Berrien County, Michigan. -
TheEpicposed an,endment would have revised Technical Specification (TS)
Sectiotis 3.0 and 4.0 and the accon;panying Bases sections-to _ incorporate #
M :chtnges recon.nended by the NRC-in Generic Letter 87'.09. In addition, the
. lictt. sect.had proposed a nunber of other.adninistrative changes to be ,-
incorporated in.the TS.
The Com ission has previously issued a Notice of-Consideration cf y , Issuance of An;endment published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on Hey 16,1990(55FR
,' :p0359). However, by . letter dated July 23,1990, the licensee withdrew the d :ptoposedcnange.
