COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT PAYHENT INFORMATION Payment will be made within thirty (30) days after receint of the hillinn unless the billing is improper or the C30perator, has failed to comply with the program objectives, cooperative agreement award conoitions. Federal reporting reautrements or other conditions specified in OHB Circular A-102/A-110, whichever is applicable.
