REQUEST TO WITHHOLD REVISION 1 0F TOPICAL' REPORT HAFA 135 (P) FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE (NRC TAC NO., M 76458) 2 H.A.F.A. Reference No. HII-90-4289 This is in response to'your letter dated May 30,,1990, which is in reference-to my letter dated May 7,1990, pertaining to the captioned subject.
My-letter dated May 7,1990, requested that you consider supplementing your affidavit dated March 23, 1990, with specific factual information because.we determined that this affidavit. failed to address the considerations of Paragraph (b)(4)of10CFRSection2.790.
Consequently,'we advised you that-

HAFA 135 (P) is proprietary.
Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR Section 2.790(c), we advised you that.
the information would be placed in the Public Document Room..unless you would either seek withdrawal of the report or amend the affidavit so that it will meettherequirementsof10CFRSection.2.790(b)..YourMay 30, 1990, letter' requested withdrawal of all copies of Revision 1 of Topical Report HAFA 135(P)..
We are, therefore, returning eight copies under separate cover. After surveying appropriate headquarters and regional staff members, and I
