TRUTOM QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM APPROVAL It came to our attention that in a letter dated October 5, 1992, Trutom requested termination of their Materials License. On January 12, 1994, I contacted Mr. Roger Soriano, Trutom RSO, to determine if they wanted to maintain their Quality Assurance (QA) Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0431 (Docket No. 71-0431).
