Dear Dr. Baker:
l On September 22, 1989, you requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No.
9160. Since the application was submitted at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the Certificate of Compliance, the Certificate of Compliance was-considered to be under timely renewal. On July 11, 1990, we informed you that' a consolidated application was needed and should be submitted within,45 days.
On August 3,1990, you advised us that sufficient information was not available to prepare a consolidated application.
Accordingly, Certificate of Compliance No. 9160 is terminated.
The use of the Model No. 20-VS and 40-VS packages under the provisions of 10 CFR 971.12 and 49 CFR 6173.471 is no long2r authorized.
