ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT (TAC NO. M87248)
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 168 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-61 for the Haddam Neck Plant, in response to your l
application dated August 18, 1993.
The amendment modifies the Haddam Neck Technical Specifications (TS) by permanently removing the ability for Haddam Neck Plant to operate with three loops while in Modes 1 or 2.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Reaister notice.
