Atlanta, GA 30323 Dear Mr. Ebneter I regret to inform you that when Procedure 7220 , Containment Building Isolation Test, was revised on 8/1/92, the frequency'for performing the test'.was-inadvertently: changed.from semi-annual to_

annual.- This, of course,, violated TS - 4.3.a which ' states, "The containment-building-isolation initiation system shall be tested-twice a year at approximately six months intervals."- Our records-show that prior to 10/30/92, the isolation test was conducted on a .

semi-annual' basis.

Tect results from before 10/30/92 and now ('10/7/93) show;thatJ the isolation initiation system continued to perform properly land.

as intended. No deterioration. in performance was detected.~ Safety was not compromised during this period.

We will review ' all L procedures from the - point of . view of frequency requirement and compliance with Technical Specifications.

The review will be accomplished'by December 15, 1993.

We regret this infraction. We are reporting this occurrence in accordance with T.S. 1.14.6.
