Thank you for your response of December 22, 1993, to our Notice of Violation, issued on November 26, 1993, concerning activities at your commercial Nuclear Fuel Division.
Regarding Item V (Appendix B) of your response, you did not specify the date when full compliance was achieved. Based on a January 11, 1994 telephone conversation involving a member of my staff (A. Gooden) and E. Reitler of your staff, we understand that full compliance was achieved on December 22, 1993.
We will examine your corrective actions during a future inspection. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
