This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) administered

examinations led by Ronald F. Aiello during the periods' August 25,

September 7-10, and September 21-24, 1993. The examinations were-

administered to employees of your company who currently hold. licenses to
operate the North Anna Nuclear Power Station. At the conclusion of the

examination, the examinations' and preliminary findings were~ discussed with
those members of your staff identified in the NRC Examination Report,
