This is in response to your letter dated October 22, 1993, requesting to be registered as a user of Certificate of Compliance No. 9168 in accordance with the general license provisions of 10 CFR 571.12.

Our records indicate that you were previously registered as a user, accordingly no further action is necessary.

Please note that it is not necessary to register each Unit of Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station separately.

We presently list Mr. Jack Torbitt as the point of contact to receive user registration information.

If another person within Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station should be designated as the point of contact, please let us know.
