l TASK 1 STATEMENT OF WORK CONTRACT NO. NRC-33-93-225 The cont.ractor shall perform the following:
Scope Conduct the requirements analysis, including the estimated impact of the operational automated forms capability on NRC's LAN traffib/ performance.
Special emphasis shall be placed on the need Ibr an electronic forms routing capability.
Evaluate,
commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) automated forms software that responds to the results of the approvec requirementa analysis.
Recommend, in priority order, aut0 mated forms packages which satisfy the NRC requirements.
Include rationale for l
recommendations.
With NRC review / authorization, acquire the automated forma package selected for demonstration and all other necessary software and hardware needed to pilot test / prototype product using prudent procurement practices in compliance with the applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (PAR).

reprenantative sample of forms (initially approximately 20 forms) chosen by the NRC using the acquired automated forms package.
