CL AIBORNE ENRICHMENT CENTER Gentlemen:
l I have reviewed the Draft Environmental Impact Statement which assessed the potential environmental impact of constructing and operating a proposed gaseous centrifuge on the information provided, the proposed facility should enrichment facility in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana.
Based not adversely affect the public and the environment; and I would urge license authorization at the earliest possible date.
I consider the facility to be a positive addition to the business community in Claiborne Parish and Northwest Louisiana.
