Modification No. 1 to Tank Order 1 Under Contract NRC-03-93-034 The purpose of this modification is to revise paragraph 4 of the Deliverables under the Statement of Work.

As a result, paragraph 4 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

"At the completion of the task, the contractor shall deliver the " key word" and " key phrase" searchable database described in Task 1.5.

This includes:

(1) the ZY Index software provided to the contractor by the NRC; and (2) all data in the database on 3 1/2 inch high density diskettes.

At the completion of the task, the contractor shall deliver the Improved STS Comment Resolution Database described in Task 1.6.

This includes all program files necessary to run the database and all data files. compressed and on 3

1/2-inch high density diskettes."

Please indicate your acceptance of Modification No. 1 to this task order by having an official authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contracting Officer.

You should retain the third copy for your records.
