Regulatory Commission (NRC) on the proposed Iouisiana b ergy Services (LES) plant.

Dear Chief Enrichment Branch; I wish to express concern that the DUS on the IIS uranium enrichment plant fails to consider the plant's social and economic impact on the comunities of Forest Grove and Center Springs. These communities, located with-in one half mile of the plant site, are not indicated in any of the DEIS's 38 maps or diagrams.
Only one reference to these two comunities, which stand to be most effected by LES, is included in the DEIS's text. This must raise concern.
I wish to raise my concern, stressing that the DEIS is incomplete and that the final Environmental Impact Statement on I2S must consider all the social and economic impacts on the two co= unities of Forest Grove and Center Springs.
I request that the two comunities be fully considered, and that they have i
full opportunity to voice any concerns, as well as receive answers as to why it seems that they
