After reviewing the summary and conclusions of the Diaft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Claiborne Enrichment Center, we urge you to accept the DEIS findings and proceed with licensing the facility F r orri a national security standpoint, the United States needs this uranium enrichrnent facility.
The technology is sound.
Environmental impacts have been adequately addressed.
We can see no reason why this facility's development should not proceed.
