Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance for an additional 30 days at no additional cost. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

1. Section F.6 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

The contract period shall commence on March 6,1992 and shall expire on November 15, 1993.

A summary of obligations for this contract, frcm award date through the date of this action is given below:

Total FY92 Obligation Amount $204,087.00 Total FY93 Obligation Amount $ 18,685.00 Cumulative total of NRC obligations $222,772.00 This modification does not obligate funds.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
