Modification No. I to Interagency Agreement No. NRC-09-93-233 Entitled " Nuclear Safety Attache Position at US Mission in' Vienna" o
The purpose of this modification is to provide allowable' funding for FY 94 -
and to change the NRC contractual point of contact.
Therefore, Article II, III and IV of the above subject Interagency Agreement is modified as follows:
Article II - Payment by the NRC to DOS Payments shall be through the direct billing authority delegated to the Department of State by the NRC on May 14, 1993. DOS shall submit supporting information which includes the following information:
