Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to revise the time frame for the delivery and installation of the ADP equipment purchased under this contract from "within 30 days after contract award" to "within 90 days after contract award." Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Subsection C.5 entitled " DELIVERY / INSTALLATION / TRAINING" is revised to read as follows:
"C.5 DELIVERY /USTALLATION/ TRAINING The Contracccr shall deliver, install, integrate, test, and train in the use of the system, GAN employees within 90 days after contract award."
All 'other terms and conditions of the contract remain the same, including the ceiling amount of $168,513.00.

- Pursuant to discussions held between J. Himes, A. Hughes and SAIC (T. Rodehau) on September 28, 1993, it was agreed upon that the schedule for the delivery of the ADP equipment purchased under this contract is contingent upon the appropriate Russian authorities obtaining all necessary permits for the installation of such ADP equipment at the designated installation locations. Any delays experienced l
by the Russian authorities in obtairiing such permits shall constitute an excusable delay and the schedule for delivery and installation of the ordered ADP equipment shall be adjusted accordingly.
