Dear Sir:

As a 75 year old retiree living in Homer, LA, I am in favor of Louisiana Energy Services building a uranium enrichment plant in Claiborne Parish.

I have friends that are proponents and opponents of the proposed plant, and the ones in favor far outnumber the ones against the plant.

In my opinion, there is no downside to the plant and only good things will result. It will be a clean, safe place for our people to work and the taxes paid by the company will benefit our schools and help with many of our Claiborne Parish needs.

May construction begin as soon as possible.

Yours truly, Thomas oungblood 940113o106 931229 PDR ADOCK 07003070 C
