we are enclosing Certificate of Compliance No. 1000, issued on the basis of the safety analysis report of the cask design, Model No. CASTOR V/21, identified in " Topical Safety Analysis Report for the CASTOR V/21 Cask Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (Dry Storage) (TSAR).
' This Certificate of Compliance constitutes authorization for a twenty-year term.
Casks of the Model No. CASTOR V/21 are approved for general use by holders of 10 CFR Part 50 licenses for use at civilian power reactor sites under the_ general license issued pursuant to 672.210,10 CFR Part 72, subject to the conditions specified by 672.212 and Conditions for Cask Use.
