Modification No. 5 to Task Order No. 2 Under Contract No. NRC-02-91-001 This letter confirms verbal authorization provided to y by Ms. Amy Siller, of my staff, to continue work under this task order effe tive September 8,1993, with a temporary ceiling of $15,000.00.
