i This modification is issued to increase the estimated ceiling amount of the contract amount of the contract by $50,000.00 from $196,000.00 to $246,000.00 to provide for additional system maintenance and system support effort.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
1.
The first paragraph of Section B.3.a., " Consideration and Obligation" is deleted in its entirety and is replaced by the following paragraph:
"a.
The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for. the products / services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this contract is
$246,000.00.
Of the total estimated amount, the amount of $163,313.60 represents the ceiling for the work to be performed in accordance with -
paragraph C.2 of the contract which will be performed on a labor-hour basis."
2.
The first paragraph of Section B.3.b., " Consideration and Obligation" is deleted in its entirety and is replaced by the following paragraph:
"b.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$246,000.00.
Of that total amount, $163,313.60 is obligated for performance of the labor-hour portion of this contract, and the amount of
$82,686.40 is obligated for the task ordering portion of this contract."
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
A summary of obligation for this contract from award date through the date of Ns action is given below:
