Modification No. 5 to Task Order No. 9 Under Contract No. NRC-02-90-009 The purpose of this modification is to provide an upward adjustment in the total estimated cost of the subject task order.
The work is to be performed in accordance with the Contractor's proposal dated August 23, 1993.
1 The total ceiling of the subject task order is increased by
$62,447.00 from $310,269.00 to $372,716.00.
The obligated amount with respect to Task Order No. 9 is increased by $36,000.00 from
$310,269.00 to $346,269.00.
The amount of $343,300.73 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the aA'nount of
