liRC-38-93-311 Modification No. 2 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to deobligate the total obligated amount by $80,000.00. As a result of this action, the total obligated amount is decreased by $80,000.00 from $300,000.00 to $220,000.00. A modification will follow, at a later date, to reflect a reduction in the employee classification specified in the contract for the remainder of the initial year. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:

Under Section B.5 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--DELIVERY ORDERS (JU'4E 1988) the first sentence of paragraph (b) is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"b.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$220,000.00."
All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this~ contract, from the award date through the date of this action is given below:
