FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN (TAC NO. L30631)
In accordance with your application dated September 30, 1993, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1168 is hereby amended to incorporate changes to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan.
We have reviewed the FNMC Plan changes and have determined that they are acceptable. Accordingly, Safeguards Condition SG-1.1 is revised as follows:
SG-1.1 The licensee shall follow Chapters 1.0 through 8.0 of its Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan, submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 74.31(b), titled " Babcock and Wilcox Company, Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant," dated August 19, 1991, as revised January 9, and February 12, 1992; and April 22, and 4
September 30, 1993.
Revisions to this Plan shall be made in accordance with the provisions of either 10 CFR.70.32(c) or 70.34.
All other Conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM-1168, and the.
Safeguards Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
