Pursuant to our telephone conversations, Kerr-McGee Corporation is requesting an amendment j

to license SNM-1999. Condition A states that, "Kerr-McGee shall submit by license amendment request, before February 1,1994, a Proposed Decommissioning Plan for the Cushing Site... "

Kerr-McGee requests an extension of that deadline to May 1,1994.
