It is a motion by j
11 Five Star Products and Construction Products Research to quash a 12 subpoena issued by the office of Investigation.
The Commission 13 is being asked to respond to this motion, which is to quash the 14 subpoena.
All Commissioners have approved an order that deny the 1
15 motion to quash and establishes a new enforcement date for the 16 subpoena of November 1, 1993.
Would you please affirm your 17 votes?
