New Hampshire Training Program Enclosed is a letter from G. Petersca, Federal Emergency Managenuent Agency (FEMA), dated June 19, 1990, transmitting a letter from the New Hartpshire Office of Emergency Management, dated June 14, 1990. Based upon IEMA's review of training materials,1988 and 1989 staffing rosters and training records, and the i erformance of the New Hampshire decisionmakers in the 1988 exercise, FEMA's pontion is that New Hampshire's existing training program is adequate, that New Hampshire's existing training program is adequate, and that the revised training program adequately addresses the issue identified by the ASLB at the June 5,1990 pre-hearing conference.
