In response to All Agreement States Letter SP-93-163, you stated your desire for the Nebraska Division of Radiological Health to participate in the U.S Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff review of the Topical Report for 3R-STAT, prepared by Vance and Associates, Inc. Accordingly, the enclosed Topical Report (three volumes) is forwarded for your review and comment. The Topical Report contains proprietary information, the release of which is governed by the non-disclosure agreement that you executed on November 16, 1993. To support our schedule, your comments are requested by February 1, 1994.
