Modification No. 4 to Task Order No. 9 Under Contract No. NRC-33-89-132 with Applied Management Systems, Inc.
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the subject task order through October 12, 1990, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government. Accordingly, the task order is hereby revised as follows:
The third paragraph, first sentence, of the definitization letter, is revised to read as follows:
" Task Order No. 9 shall be in ef fect from June 16,1989 through October 12, 1990 with a cost ceiling of $1,126,600.00."
The issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms or conditions of the subject task order.
Acceptance of this modification should be made by executing three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Administrator.
