Dear Chief of Enrichment Branch:
i There has been a serious omission in the abovedDEIS. The corwanities of FOREST GROVE and CDGER SPRINGS, located within a half-mile of the plant site are never indicated in any of the DEIS's maps or diagrams.
There is only one reference to these corwanities in the text of the DEIS, yet they would te the most af fected by LES. Os it that these comanities are m31nly poor and peopled by blacks?
I am concerned that the DEIS on the IIS uranium enrichment plant does not at all consider the plant's social and economic impact on Forest Grove and Therefore, theQ)EIS is incomraeteJnd the final EIS must Center Springs.
